Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order items (unless damaged/defective)

  • Digital products

  • Items marked Final Sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement for exact item if available.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
